Phalga Connect is a secure digital platform exclusively designed for Philippine Local Government Units (LGUs). It enables verified LGU members to manage internal communication, document tracking, event participation, and administrative coordination within their organization. Access to the application is strictly limited to authorized LGU personnel only.

1. Information Handling

Phalga Connect does not directly collect personal information from users. All user data within the system is provided and managed by the respective LGU administrators. The platform simply stores and processes this information as part of its operational functions.

• User accounts and related information are created, updated, and maintained by the LGU administrators.
• The platform securely processes information related to LGU events, threads, and documents, which are part of each LGU’s official workflow.
• Phalga Connect does not use third-party advertising, marketing trackers, or analytics tools.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

The platform processes information solely to support authorized LGU operations. Specifically, to:

• Provide secure access for verified LGU personnel.
• Support communication, event tracking, and document management within LGUs.
• Maintain system integrity and access control.
• Assist in technical support for verified LGU users.

3. Data Security

We implement strict security measures such as encryption, role-based access control, and secure authentication. Only verified LGU members approved by administrators can access the system. Although we follow strong security protocols, no digital system is entirely risk-free.

4. Data Ownership and Retention

All data entered into Phalga Connect is owned and controlled by the participating LGU. Phalga Connect retains data only for as long as the LGU remains active on the platform or as required by law. When an LGU account is deactivated, its data is securely deleted or anonymized.

5. User Rights

LGU members may request access, correction, or deletion of their records through their LGU administrator or by contacting our support team directly.

6. Children’s Privacy

Phalga Connect is not intended for individuals under 18 years old. The platform is restricted to verified government personnel only.
